Employee Spotlight: Jeanie – A True Hero in Action
This week, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on one of our incredible team members, Jeanie, whose quick thinking and calm response made a life-saving difference.
While on her usual cleaning shift in the food court, Jeanie noticed a customer in distress, choking on a piece of sushi. Without hesitation, she rushed to help and quickly performed back blows, successfully dislodging the food and allowing the customer to breathe again.
The grateful customer later returned to pass on her heartfelt thanks, saying she believes Jeanie saved her life. She also described Jeanie as “a beautiful person” .
