"I was feeling anxious because my adopted mum wasn’t answering her phone while she was at the shopping centre. After multiple attempts to reach her, I called the info desk for help. I can’t thank them enough for how patient, helpful, and gracious they were. They made a PA announcement and even offered to call my mum directly.
