Big congratulations to Marlisa for going above and beyond this month!
She saved our Maintenance team three trips from Perth to Katanning by following instructions over the phone and fixing equipment herself — a 287 km journey avoided each way!
From adjusting the scrubber squeegee (twice!) to reattaching a water hose, Marlisa showed incredible initiative and problem-solving skills.
